1) 如要在禮品上加印圖案或文字，客戶需要自行提供AI(Adobe Illustrator) 或CDR(Corel Draw)的印刷圖案檔，倘客戶只能提供JPG或其他檔，本公司將收取額外的轉換費，收費要視乎圖案的複雜度收取。

2) 本公司並不負責檢視稿件之內容，因此對於該內容所涉及之正確性，著作權歸屬，或是其合法性如何，本公司一概不負任何責任。

3) 本公司將保證貨品的內容跟稿件一致，但印刷色彩將可能出現色差，此乃正常現象，客戶不能以此作退貨藉口。

4) PP膠料的產品，印刷色彩會出現較大色差 ，此乃正常現象。

1. Customers need to provide high-resolution AI (Adobe Illustrator) or CDR (Corel Draw) files if they want to provide their own images or scripts. If one can only provide a JPG or other files, the company will charge an amount of additional fee, depending on the complexity of the pattern.

2. The company is not obliged to review the incoming scripts or images, so the company assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of the content, ownership of copyright or legitimacy involved.

3. The company will ensure the products in accord with your design, but color difference may appear, which is unavoidable, so the customer cannot claim a return by this reason.

4. As to PP products, color difference is likely more obvious, which is unavoidable.

客戶可以經 Paypal 以信用卡付款，信用卡付款需收取定單總額 2.5% 作行政 費用。

5) 匯 款

海外客戶可以透過匯款到本公司之銀行戶口。所有第三方支付費用需由客戶支付

We are Hong Kong government approved supplier, welcome ALL government departments to use P-Card.We are Citibank P-Card Authorize Merchant.

4. Credit card

Customers can pay by credit card via Paypal. 2.5% of the total cost will be charged as administration expenses.

5. Remittance

Overseas customers can wire money to our bank account. All local and overseas bank charges must be paid by the remitter so that the beneficiary can receive the full amount.

Locate buyers

如產品有明顯的質量及安全問題，客戶可於收到貨7天內聯絡我們，本公司將安排退貨。

以下情況，本店恕不接受退貨、換貨：

3. 退回產品外包裝不完整。

4. 需在交貨後七天內提出，逾期不會接受任何原因作退換貨。

5. 電腦相片的差異。
